Recruiter: Bloom Talent Solutions is working with a premier commercial landscape company in San Antonio to find an experienced account manager with a passion for client service and a drive for leadership. Youll manage a tight local route within a 20-mile radius keeping you close to home and fully engaged with your clients and teams. With a new influx of contracts and team expansion now is the time to step into a role where your skills wont just be valued theyll be rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a book of business starting at $600K scaling to $2M within the year.
  • Oversee 6080 commercial properties or a focused set of 20 keystone accounts.
  • Conduct regular site walks identify enhancements and upsell additional services.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with crews to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Work independently and take initiative without requiring micromanagement.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in commercial landscape account management or operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of landscape maintenance practices.
  • Client-focused mindset with proven communication and service skills.
  • Experience with landscape software platforms (Aspire is a plus).
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus not required.
  • Team-oriented yet confident in advocating for clients and your team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $72000$82000
  • Company Vehicle: Provided for business use
