Nocturnist

Hospitalist Nocturnist opportunity in Dover OH

Excellent opportunity to join a closely knit established team of six physicians and two advanced practice providers (APPs) supported by a clinical performance nurse. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Position Highlights:

• We staff two physicians and one APP per day shift (7 am7 pm) and one physician on nights (7 pm7 am) and we help cover for our teammates when needed.
• We are directly involved in many committees including sepsis code blue stroke etc.
• We work closely with nurses for our specialized Plan of Care visits and have daily multidisciplinary rounds with case managers nurses physical therapists respiratory therapists and pharmacy.
• We put patients first. Always.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine.
• We work in an open 10-bed low-acuity ICU with additional intensivist coverage during the day.
• Our team is expected to be able to perform procedures such as central lines arterial lines and intubation respond to rapid responses and run CODE BLUEs.
• We proudly sponsor H1B and J1 visa candidates and have excellent in-house visa specialists licensing and credentialing experts. All required filing fees for the visa are paid and services covered by our organization.
