Overview
We are looking for a Personal Lines Producer with a passion for sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service and will be responsible for converting inbound leads building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring all their insurance needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business by prospecting and networking with potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Present and explain insurance policy options to clients
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the insurance process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to insurance policies and regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet team goals and objectives
- Utilize AMS 360 or other relevant software to manage client information and policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Producer preferably in Personal Lines insurance
- Knowledge of AMS 360 or similar insurance management software
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- A valid insurance producer license in the appropriate state
Day-to-day
As a Personal Lines Producer you will spend your days reaching out to potential clients meeting with current clients to review their insurance needs and working closely with your team to ensure client satisfaction and meet sales targets. You will also spend time managing client information and policies using AMS 360 and staying informed of industry updates and trends to best serve your clients.
