Are you passionate about driving regulatory excellence and influencing strategic compliance outcomes Join our Global Compliance team as a Senior Manager Corporate Functions Compliance. In this role youll help shape and sustain a robust compliance program that supports 13 Corporate Functions across 23 countries. Youll work closely with senior leaders to ensure adherence to regulatory expectations while fostering a culture of integrity and proactive risk management.


Is This Role Right for You In this role you will:
Lead independent oversight and effective challenge of Corporate Functions compliance with the Compliance Management Framework (CMF)
Provide strategic advice and guidance to business units on regulatory compliance matters
Monitor and respond to regulatory developments and industry trends globally
Support internal and external audits regulatory reviews and issue remediation
Maintain and enhance compliance documentation policies and procedures
Prepare and coordinate compliance reporting for executive committees
Collaborate with stakeholders across Corporate Functions to identify and mitigate compliance risks
Contribute to the development and execution of the Corporate Functions Compliance Program


Do You Have the Skills
Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance risk management audit or a related function within financial services
Strong understanding of Corporate Functions and their interdependencies
Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels and drive strategic outcomes
Proficiency in tools such as OpenPages Power BI GIMS SharePoint Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication relationship management and organizational skills
Familiarity with global regulatory trends and compliance frameworks
