Job Description
Responsible for assisting in the completion of daily or weekly signage installation assignments in a timely efficient effective and safe manner with customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal. This is a field-based roles requiring regular travel to customer installation sites. All tasks must be performed while maintaining and furthering the companys core values of: Advocating for Customers Producing Excellence and Driving to Solutions.
- Assumes responsibility for completing daily or weekly installation assignments in a timely efficient effective and safe manner with customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal including:
- Execute plans of electrical wiring lighting and other electrical systems
- Install electrical components (e.g. switches circuit-breaker panels etc.)
- Install lighting in multiple applications (parking lots signs offices etc.)
- Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
- Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions
- Assists in the completion of daily or weekly installation assignments in a timely efficient effective and safe manner with customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal.
- Effective verbal communication with Lead Installer Outdoor Supervisor and/or Project Managers is required for job status updates and scheduling decisions.
- Review information with crew leader including drawings installation instructions and customer special requests to insure all items are covered and monitor truck inventory so necessary supplies are available when needed.
- Required to take completion photos of each job or of situations that may affect the installation.
- Must maintain proper licenses and log upkeep to perform job functions.
- Responsible for normal maintenance of all equipment and tools used to perform daily tasks.
- Reviews all pertinent project information including maps job tickets and customer special requests to ensure all items are covered and monitor truck inventory so necessary supplies are available when needed.
- Responsible for documenting all situations that could cause delays in an effort to keep customer aware or get to a resolution.
- Must maintain proper licenses and DOT log upkeep to perform job functions.
- Responsible for normal maintenance of all equipment and tools used to perform daily tasks.
- Ensures that work area is clean secure and well maintained.
- May be required to maintain CDL licensing.
- All other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions:
The work environment is primarily outside exposed to weather conditions. Work may be done at elevated heights. This position requires a moderate amount of travel and requires lifting pushing or pulling of loads up to 150lbs.
