Job Description
Were looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team in Andrews Texas. In this role youll oversee the performance and upkeep of production machinery perform preventative and corrective maintenance and ensure our tools parts and supplies are well-stocked and organized.
What Youll Do:
- Inspect service and repair production machinery
- Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean and organized shop area
- Set up and operate CNC and manual machines
- Read blueprints and schematics to guide your work
- Keep daily records of completed tasks
What Were Looking For:
- 12 years of relevant experience or vocational training
- Strong mechanical and math skills
- Safety-minded with attention to detail
- Solid communication and time management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
