Were starting with an AI knowledge worker for clinics administering these drugs and then partnering with health insurers and pharma companies to bring drug breakthroughs to market at scale.

What Youll Work On

• Coordinate interviews across teams and time zones ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and interviewers

• Configure and manage the Ashby ATS system including setting up workflows scorecards automations and reporting tools to support efficient recruiting operations

• Develop an effective and structured feedback gathering process to ensure timely consistent and actionable evaluations from interviewers

• Ensure efficient flow of candidates through a highly optimized hiring process identifying and addressing bottlenecks and proactively improving pipeline velocity

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in recruiting coordination talent operations or a similar role ideally in a startup or high-growth environment

• Hands-on experience with Ashby or similar applicant tracking systems

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong time management abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities

• A data- and process-driven mindset with a desire to improve systems and workflows
