Were hiring a full-time Support Worker to help make a difference in kids and families lives. All you need is a high school diploma or equivalent or some experience working with kids and families. (If you have an associate degree in Human Services that works too!) Well teach you everything else you need to know.
A Day in The Life as a Support Worker
As a Support Worker you will provide support to Case Managers working with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. Support Workers may be asked to teach skills such as emotion regulation having healthy relationships conflict resolution and healthy communication within families among other things. Support Workers work as part of a team to access resources plan and advocate to improve the quality of peoples lives.

We are looking for someone compassionate eager to learn and who wants to help families in times of crisis to build on their strengths for healthy long-lasting relationships by connecting them with community resources to improve their lives. We want someone who has a desire to help children grow learn and build healthy families and a strong desire to advocate for children and their families!
