Job Description
Customer Service Representative- Full Time
The customer service representative is responsible for generating appointments with customers that contact us via the internet and phone to purchase new and/or pre-owned vehicles. The ideal candidate should radiate a welcoming demeanor possess a proactive problem-solving ability and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Schedule service appointments through outbound prospecting and lead management
- Engage with both service and sales clients for future visits to maintain strong customer retention
- Partner with Service Advisors and Managers to exceed team performance goals
- Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
- Respond to all service-related inquiries in a professional well-spoken manner escalating to appropriate staff as needed
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
- Track appointments and customer interactions using CRMsystems and Microsoft Excel
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Competent in basic computer applications
- Flexibility to work during evenings and on Saturdays
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
