This is a temporary position.

As a GIS Portfolio Business Analyst you will join a team that values innovation excellence and collaboration and be at the forefront of planning and managing content delivery to achieve our business goals and meet user needs. EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Content Planning: Develop and execute the content strategy aligned to business objectives and user needs.
  • Content Review & Editing: Collaborate with content owners to prepare and produce high-quality content for various internal communications platforms and channels.
  • Content Delivery Management: Oversee the development and launch of new content ensuring consistency across all channels including but not limited to internal websites and targeted email communications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners Technical Leads and Scrum Masters to ensure content aligns with overall business goals.
  • Content Governance: Establish and enforce internal content standards and guidelines to maintain quality consistency and brand voice.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications journalism or a related degrees and certifications in content strategy or digital marketing are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content strategy content marketing or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate content performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent copyediting/copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
  • Excellent verbal written and teamwork skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility/agile mindset to adjust strategies based on changing trends and business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and meet the needs of target audience; and convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

The pay range for this position is $30.86 to $48.56 per hour.

Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
