Join our team as a pediatric Homecare Nurse and help your clients grow and thrive in the comfort of their homes.
Schedule
Full Time
Flexible scheduling
Choose from a variety of scheduling optionsincluding day evening night or weekend package shiftswithin our operating hours of 6 AM to 12 AM.
While we have specific current needs we also provide flexibility to find a schedule that works for you.
Benefits
Full-time roles are eligible for health benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance paid time off and a 403b retirement account with a company match. 40 hours of paid time off is frontloaded and start accruing immediately.
What Youll Do
Serve as the sole provider of a full range of nursing services as defined within the nursing scope of practice physicians orders and theclient specific care plan.
Youll never be sent to a home unprepared! All staff receive in-home client specific training with another nurse prior to working alone in the client home.
Clinical support from experienced nurses is available during all operating hours.
Communicate effectively respectfully and professionally with all members of the client care team to assure assigned childs care needs are assessed communicated and met.
Provide training to clients families and staff as needed to help advance the skills and knowledge of all people associated with a childs care delivery.
What Youll Need
Current valid license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in Iowa
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs be mobile within the assigned work area and frequently bend lift reach and stand.
Documentation of current CPR/BLS certification
Ability to communicate effectively in reading writing and speaking the English language
