Description
The Academy of Learning (AOL) a program of the Pathways Team at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services Inc. is an Independent Skills Building Program designed to support adults with intellectual disabilities. Through theme-based hands-on activities rooted in everyday community experiences AOL empowers individuals to build essential life skills and work toward greater independence.
We are seeking a positive energetic and motivated Lead Facilitator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education inclusion and helping others reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging goal-driven curriculum
- Train and support facilitators to deliver high-quality programming
- Monitor and report on individual progress and program outcomes
- Provide direct instruction through hands-on experiential learning
- Assist in the overall coordination and daily operations of the AOL program

Associates Degree; or equivalent combination of related education training and experience such as relevant certificate from college or technical school.
