Are you looking to take your project management expertise to a fully remote innovative fintech environment Paystone is hiring an Implementation Specialist Bilingual to join our global team. Bring your passion for client success and project leadership to a role that empowers you to drive transformative solutions for Enterprise customers.
As an Implementation Specialist at Paystone you will oversee the relationship with our clients project teams work directly with our internal development team and be responsible for delivering client-facing projects on time and on budget. You will have the opportunity to work directly with DataCandys Enterprise customers and you will be challenged to build relationships with them to ensure long-term account success. The ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels from executives to end-users of the platform is essential.
Youll be expected to:
Manage new customer deployment projects upgrades and ongoing requests
Establish project goals deliverables required resources timelines and budgets
Complete project work breakdown structures and estimates
Resolve issues and solve problems through the course of the project
Effectively manage changes to project scope timeline and budget
Track and report on project milestones deliverables and budgets
Develop tools and best practices for DataCandys project delivery toolkit
Youll have:
University degree or college diploma in business IT or a related field
3 years or more of project management experience
Excellent written and verbal French and English skills
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience working with point of sale systems or in a retail-related field an asset
Experience onboarding new clients via software program implementations an asset
