You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Role: We are a leading financial data research company seeking an experienced Manager Operational Excellence Global Revenue and Receivables.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager Operational Excellence Global Revenue and Receivables with deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. This role is critical to driving process optimisation operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process. As the Manager Operational Excellence Global Revenue and Receivables you will lead global initiatives to identify implement and govern process improvements across the Q2C lifecycle ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management operational excellence and change management with a strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or higher) and demonstrated expertise in managing Q2C processes to drive efficiency and revenue optimization.
Responsibilities:
Process Improvement & Lean Implementation: Analyze current finance processes and apply Lean Six Sigma principles (e.g. value stream mapping Kaizen) to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes across global operations.
Process Catalog Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive catalog of accounts receivable and revenue processes ensuring all documentation and process owners are current.
M&A Process Integration: Own the Q2C integration workstream for M&A activity driving alignment to global operating models and acting as a key decision-maker in process standardization.
Global Process Standardization: Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent accounts receivable and revenue processes across regions.
Project Management: Lead multiple concurrent process improvement projects coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
Collaboration with Partners: Partner with sales finance and operations teams to streamline activities and ensure smooth integration across functions.
Training and Development: Design and implement a global training and governance framework to ensure sustainable adoption of Q2C best practices.
Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of automation tools and system upgrades to improve process efficiency and streamline operations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
Lean Six Sigma Expertise: Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) with a deep understanding of process mapping value stream analysis and Lean methodologies.
Experience: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder alignment across global regions.
Analytical & Reporting Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Project Management: Solid background in project management with the ability to oversee and deliver multiple concurrent projects.
Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant tools such as Oracle R12 Excel Visio and other ERP systems.
Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Excel data analysis tools and process mapping.
Stakeholder Management: Experience influencing and engaging stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and influence decision-makers.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Results-Oriented: Strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and continuous process optimization.
Adaptability: A proactive detail-oriented individual who can establish and refine processes in a dynamic work environment.
