As a Licensed Psychologist Manager you will be responsible for administrative and supervisory duties related to the clinical services provided for the adjudicated youth committed to Loysville Youth Development Center. In this position you will provide oversight and direction of the clinical services for the habilitation rehabilitation and social development for court-committed adjudicated delinquent youth. Your duties will include reviewing analyzing evaluating and continuously developing the overall clinical treatment programs as well as adhering to institutional (BJJS) and Department of Human Services policies and procedures. Additionally you will oversee and supervise employees in both a supervisory and non-supervisory capacity.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday - Friday with a 30-minute lunch. This may change based on operational needs.
- Travel is required. Overtime as needed
- You must be willing to accept employment at Loysville Youth Development Center and commute to this location in Perry County.
- Free parking!

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Licensed Psychologist MH or a Psychologist(Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title as determined by the Office of Administration);or
- One year of experience as a licensed professional psychologist in the treatment of inmates or individuals with mental illness mental retardation and/or behavioral dysfunction.
Special Requirement:
You must possess a current license to practice psychology as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Psychology or possess a current license to practice psychology as issued by another state with licensure requirements acceptable to the Board. Applicants with out of state licensure must obtain Pennsylvania licensure within one year of employment.
Other Requirements:
- PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment will requirea medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- Under the Law a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including but not limited to PA State Police clearance PA Child Abuse history clearance and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
