An exciting position has become available to lead the nursing team on Edis Ward at Ramsay Clinic Hollywood.
Edis ward is a 30 bed inpatient Mood Disorders Unit and oversees the neurostimulation service including the ECT suite. The senior nurse who heads this team will contribute to shaping and delivering exceptional care within a dynamic team.
Essential Criteria:
- Eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Extensive knowledge and application of clinical practice related to mental health nursing.
- Ability to effectively plan and manage financial human and material resources.
- Ability to plan develop implement and evaluate a Quality Improvement program.
- Ability to identify and develop strategies to meet learning requirements for ward.
- Ability to apply research findings to clinical practice.
- Willingness to accept and promote the Ramsay Way Values.
Desirable Criteria:
- Relevant Post Graduate qualification.
- Experience working with ECT
