Job Description
Germain Land Rover North Hill - Service Administrator - Wexford PA
- Full-time Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm
- $15-$17 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Greet service customers in a timely manner
- Keep the customers up to date on the status of their vehicle
- Process payments when service is complete
- Answer dealership phones/direct customers to the correct department
- Assist with warranty claims/File repair orders as they are closed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years warranty processing experience at either a car dealership automotive leasing company or state/county vehicle registration office.
- Previous CDK experience
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
