Location: Cleveland Ohio

Recruiter: Bloom Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a respected Ohio-based landscape provider to hire a Senior Account Manager with a clear pathway to branch leadership.

Grow a Division Grow Your Career:

This is more than an account management role. Its a rare leadership-track opportunity for someone ready to scale a division from the ground up. As Senior Account Manager youll partner directly with executive leadership to build a $5M maintenance branch within 35 years with long-term vision toward a $15M operation.

Youll wear multiple hats at first rolling up your sleeves to manage accounts while putting systems in place to scale. In return youll receive autonomy mentorship and a fast track to Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value commercial maintenance accounts
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients fostering long-term relationships and proactive solutions
  • Partner with Business Developers to drive sales and grow division revenue to $5M
  • Lead internal teams to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery
  • Track financial performance monitor budgets and own P&L for your division
  • Identify areas for operational improvement implement systems and drive results
  • Resolve client concerns with urgency and professionalism
  • Contribute to the long-term strategy and vision of the Cleveland branch

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance or client management
  • Strong financial acumen; comfortable eventually owning a $5M P&L
  • Proven ability to lead teams and scale operations
  • Passionate about the green industry and eager to build a long-term career
  • Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills
  • A hands-on leader whos ready to manage accounts while growing the business
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a vision for growth and the ability to execute it

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $75000$95000 as Senior Account Manager
  • Upside Potential: $105000$120000 as you scale to Branch Manager (once $2.5M in managed revenue)
