About the Community:

The master-planned conservation-minded community is a vibrant neighborhood. Residents can meander through acres of green space including parks and hiking and biking trails. Explore the park and lake or lounge in the shade of grand trees draped in Spanish moss. The community also features neighborhood schools and community events and for residents wanting to venture out there is access to businesses culture and restaurants.

The Amenities Concierge is an ambassador of first impressions and responsible for assisting homeowners and guests so they can enjoy the amenities facilities and all they have to offer. This role is fundamental in maintaining our lively community and ensuring a safe enjoyable environment for all.

What youll accomplish:

• Offering concierge services
• Extending the highest level of service to residents and guests
• Assisting with facility admittance
• Tactfully enforcing rules and regulations
• Sharing community information including parking regulations and services offered
• Prioritizing tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment

What were looking for:

• Customer service and hospitality experience
• Professional communication appearance and behavior
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Flexibility to work after-hours holidays and weekends as scheduled
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

If driving is or becomes a requirement of the role it is required at all times that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving maintain a clean motor vehicle report and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.

The physical requirements can vary but generally they may include:

• Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
• Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
• Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology including computers and mobile devices.
