Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. Our AT&T Customer Service Representative is the key to this approach as we help our clients manage their sales needs and meet their expansion goals.
AT&T Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing relationships with clients
- Plan and run presentations with the goal of making sales and growing brand awareness.
- Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and product details.
- Cultivate new opportunities within assigned territories through on-site visits
- Execute sales and marketing strategies
- Support all team members
- Identify sales trends and potential opportunities for growth within the territory
- Product knowledge to offer outstanding customer experience
AT&T Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales Customer Service Leadership role or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated determined and confident
- Proven experience leading a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
This position will involve in-person collaboration with various departments within our organization in the local Corona CA. If chosen for the position the ideal candidate would be available to start within 2 weeks of receiving an offer.
