Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new ADM vendors and customers ensuring smooth efficient and compliant integration into ADM systems
- Gathering reviewing and verifying documentation from ADM vendors and customers
- Acting as first point of contact in onboarding process for ADM vendors and customers as well as internal stakeholders
- Contacting vendors for bank details confirmations
- Working with Master Data Management employees and other departments (e.g. sales logistics credit team) to ensure a seamless onboarding process and clean input for their processes
- Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to internal policies set targets and deadlines
- Monitoring internal and external customers feedback and share insights to improve services
- Implementing improvements within the scope of onboarding processes.
- Previous experience in customer service administration and international environment (working in Shared Service would be an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Advanced English (C1) additional foreign languages like German and French would be an advantage)
- Graduate of philological administrative public relations psychological or marketing studies
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
