We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will focus on creating delightful experiences that power commerce on the internet. Based on user research insights and analytics you will work with the Product Managers on defining the problem well. You will create solutions and articulate them in the form of sitemaps user journeys wireframes and prototypes eventually closing on a lovable delightful design.
Your team will be responsible for validating your proposed solutions with users. You must have a strong understanding of usability best practices. You will work closely with product owners and engineers to build and ship the most seamless user experience.
In this role you should be both analytical and creative able to grasp user needs and solve problems. You will be responsible for making our product more user-friendly and intuitive.
Responsibilities
Regularly talking to merchants and other users in the system to understand their pain points and needs.
Using internal forums and basic user research methodologies for getting insights and validation. Asking clarifying questions before executing the laid out vision with high quality of craftsmanship for Desktop and Mobile applications.
Asserting how good user experiences can make our brand a beloved one hence influencing stakeholders with the value of good design
Managing multiple projects by prioritising with help from your manager and product stakeholders
With clear information architecture requirements synthesis and exploration articulating your design decisions and building a strong document in the process. Giving feedback to others on the team at various stages of the process.
Apart from delivery taking accountability for the shipping quality by pushing the right experience with the developers.
Minimum Requirements
3 years of experience as a Product Designer with an outstanding portfolio showcasing your work with a foundation in interaction and visual design micro-animations and idea generation.
Ability to conduct user research and user testing to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet business needs and intent. Comfort working with data analytics tools.
Good experience confidence and speed in creating information architecture user interfaces and rich prototypes for both desktop and mobile applications.
Skilled at designing with impactbalancing user needs business goals (like retention revenue and brand perception) and technical constraints.
Proactive in seeking feedback from peers and managers to continuously grow and refine UX skills. Ability to evaluate existing user experiences and provide clear actionable recommendations for improvement.
Proficient in tools like Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop After Effects); experience with Framer is a plus.
Deep knowledge of tools like Figma Adobe Suite products like Photoshop AfterEffects etc. Good knowledge of Framer is a bonus.
