Staff Software Engineer

As a Staff Software Engineer in the Ad Creatives group in our Ramat Gan Office youll be a key contributor to product and engineering roadmaps influencing decisions that affect millions of users daily playing a vital role in developing one of the largest real time big data operations in the world to support over 140TB of new data every day.

To thrive in this role youll need:

• 7 years programming experience in Java or equivalent Object-Oriented language
• Deep understanding of strong Computer Science fundamentals: object-oriented design data structures systems applications programming and multithreading programming
• Experience in developing leading and initiating large scale technical projects on distributed systems involving multiple developers and affecting multiple teams
• Experience and knowledge of Big Data tools SQL and data analysis
• Generative AI Coding tools enthusiast
• Proven ability to lead and a passion to mentor
• BSc in computer science or equivalent

• Leading highly complex software components and engineers through the development of infrastructure and features for thousands of websites and over 1.4B users across the open web
• Developing one of the largest real time high scale operations in the world that generates billions of dollars over 500000 requests / second and 100TB of new data every day
• Collaborating with other experienced leaders in the group and product managers
• Using full CI/CD A/B testing and work with true Big Data seeing the results of your development almost immediately!
