dynamic sales team. Based in our impressive Romford showroom this is an exciting opportunity for

The Role
As a Sales Executive youll be responsible for selling our high-quality range of windows sliding doors
and bi-folding doors to both retail and trade customers. Youll engage with clients in person at our
showroom over the phone and via email. From the first enquiry to final installation youll manage the
entire sales processensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers face-to-face via phone and email to understand their needs and
recommend suitable products.
Prepare accurate and tailored quotations guiding customers through our product range and
services.
Follow up on quotes and manage a consistent pipeline by tracking leads and maintaining regular
communication.
Attend exhibitions and trade events to promote our products and generate new leads.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and excellent after-
sales support.
Build strong relationships with both retail and trade clients through excellent service and
communication.
What Were Looking For
Sales experience preferred but not essentialgraduates with the right attitude and
communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
Self-motivated and goal-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-up processes effectively.
Organised proactive and confident using email and CRM tools.
