Job Description

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

The Summer Student - Recall Assistant will support our team with the Philips CPAP recall process. The successful candidate will assist in contacting patients affected by the recall managing logistics and ensuring timely completion of recall tasks under the guidance of office staff.

- Patient Communication:
- Contact patients affected by the recall via phone and email to inform them about the recall process and next steps.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to patients regarding equipment swaps and returns.
- Address any patient inquiries or concerns related to the recall.


- Recall Process Execution:
- Assist in carrying out equipment swaps under the supervision of office staff.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of recalled units and distribution of replacement units.


- Documentation and Logistics:
- Complete and maintain necessary documentation for recall activities ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with shipping providers (e.g. FedEx) to manage the logistics of recalled and replacement units.
- Track shipments and handle any shipping issues that may arise.


- Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and track the progress of recalls to ensure they are completed within designated time limits.
- Report on recall status and provide updates to office staff and management as required.
- Maintain organized records of all recall-related activities.

Are you a MATCH

  • Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is an asset.
