Front End Supervisor
Location: McKenzie Corner 1286 McKenzie Ave. Victoria BC V8P 5P2
- Supervise 8-12 cashiers daily in a fast-pacedhigh-volume environment.
- Assist the Front End Manager in motivatingtraining and developing staff
- Support cashiers in providing an exemplary customerexperience.
- Lead by example to uphold all company policies andprocedures.
- Accurately perform daily cash reconciliation dutiesaccording to store procedures
- Ensure optimum daily staffing levels to meetoperational requirements.
- Communicate effectively in a bring-forward mannerwith Management and HR
- Provide exceptional customer service in allsituations including returns and concerns.
- Efficiently and accurately process cash debit andcredit transactions.

- A passion for retail and customer service
- At least 1 year of supervisory experiencepreferably in a retail environment
- The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in ahigh-volume environment
- A desire to work as a team and motivate thosearound you.
- The ability to navigate sensitive customersituations respectfully.
- Availability including morningsevening and weekends.
- The ability to stand for extended periods of timeand lift up to 50lbs.
- A passion for great local food!
