Position: Customer Service Assistant

About the Role
A Customer Service Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our clients and internal teams by handling customer inquiries resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our services. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented empathetic and driven by a passion for excellent service.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat
Provide accurate information regarding our services and solutions
Resolve customer issues in a courteous and timely manner
Maintain and update customer records in our system
Collaborate with internal departments to escalate or solve customer concerns
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Support the Customer Service Manager in daily administrative tasks
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
