Job Description

Are you detail-oriented and interested in coordinating schedules and inventory levels At LCRA we are looking for a Coal & Rail Analyst to join the FPP team! In this role you will work closely with coal and rail vendors to manage inventory levels and delivery schedules. Your responsibilities will include maintaining coal inventories overseeing related accounting and budgets and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders on inventory levels and delivery schedules. Additionally you will be involved in reviewing and confirming payments for coal and rail contracts. You will be trusted to:

- Serve as primary point of contact with approved coal and rail resource vendors related to inventory levels and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and manage coal inventories and their related accounting and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal staff and coal and rail contractors.

You qualify with:

- Nine or more years of experience in fuel administration planning or scheduling including three or more years of experience in vendor coordination or other relevant experience. A degree(s) in business economics finance accounting engineering supply management or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.

You are a great fit with:

- Skilled in developing and maintaining rapport
