Group Experience Representative

Status: Part-time seasonal position. July through early September 2025
Hours of work:Approximately 20 hours per week. Standard shifts are Monday through Thursday 9:00am 2:30pm.

Position description:
The Seattle Aquarium a leading marine conservation organization is looking for 3 Seasonal Group Experience Representatives to join the Guest Experience Team. In this high-energy people-centered role you will serve as the first point of contact for prebooked and walk-up groups such as summer camps school groups and corporate visitors. Your goal is to provide a warm welcome ensure organized entry and support a smooth start to each groups visit.
As part of the Aquariums frontline team youll also assist general guests with wayfinding and serve as an aquarium ambassador along our waterfront campus. Working conditions:
Salary and benefits:$20.85 per hour. Temporary staff are not eligible for benefits but accrue paid sick time and are paid an additional $0.75/hour to assist with transportation costs.
