What youll be doing:
Youll Oversee end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple countries ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency.
Youll act as the product owner of Deel our global HR and payroll system maintaining stakeholder relationships and ensuring employee record accuracy.
Youll ensure compliance with local tax laws labour regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
Youll lead payroll audits and resolve discrepancies or escalations.
Youll support the design implementation and administration of global compensation programs including base pay bonuses and equity.
Youll conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
Youll partner with HR and Finance to support annual compensation planning cycles.
Youll develop and maintain dashboards and reports related to payroll compensation headcount and workforce analytics.
Youll provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Youll maintain strong internal controls and compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
Who were looking for:
You have a Bachelors degree in Finance HR Accounting or a related field.
You have proven experience in global payroll and compensation management.
You have Strong knowledge of international payroll systems and compliance requirements.
Youre proficient in HRIS and payroll systems particularly Deel.
You have advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
You have excellent communication leadership and project management abilities.
Youre able to work across time zones and cultures in a fast-paced global environment.
Its a bonus if :
You have experience in a multinational company or shared services environment.
Youre familiar with equity compensation and global mobility programs.
You have a strong analytical mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
