Job Description
Job Title: Senior Executive - Business Development & Digital Marketing
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary: 50000 - 75000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time work-from-office only
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as a Senior Executive in Business Development and Digital Marketing. This role primarily focuses on business development with approximately 80 percent of responsibilities dedicated to lead generation client acquisition and sales while the remaining 20 percent involves digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales an in-depth understanding of client engagement strategies and experience in online marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify research and target potential clients through various channels including networking cold calling and online research.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring successful onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth retention and repeat opportunities.
- Prepare compelling proposals presentations and business reports to support growth initiatives.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach strategies bulk emailing and messaging campaigns to generate leads.
- Support digital marketing efforts by optimizing social media engagement and implementing basic SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies for improved business outcomes.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in business development preferably within the service industry.
- Strong skills in sales lead generation and client acquisition with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach bulk email marketing and direct messaging campaigns.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Basic knowledge of SEO social media management and digital marketing tools.
