The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a specific region leading a team of sales executives and managing key client relationships. This role involves strategizing market expansion achieving sales targets resolving customer issues and ensuring team performance to strengthen Whitelions presence and revenue in the area.
- Team Leadership & Development
Assign responsibilities to the ADM team train Sales Executives and Sr. Sales Executives and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure target achievement.
- Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
Analyze market potential identify new territories and implement strategies to expand business opportunities and increase lead generation.
- Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and A & B category architects to drive long-term business growth.
Personally manage important sales enquiries and support the team in closing strategic deals with effective pitch strategies.
- Conflict & Issue Resolution
Address and resolve team conflicts and client escalations related to product or service issues to maintain team harmony and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & CRM Monitoring
Review daily sales reports ensure CRM updates are maintained weekly and monitor the enquiry conversion ratio (target >50%).
- Recruitment & Team Retention
Identify manpower needs in key regions assist HR in recruitment and implement team retention strategies.
- Outstation Visits & Market Surveys
Plan and execute city visits for team development and new market setup; submit visit reports and gather competitive insights.
