Job Description

We are looking for driven and enthusiastic International Tele-sales Agents to become part of our vibrant sales team. In this role you will be responsible for promoting and selling our interactive programming courses designed for children aged 6 to 18 years. You will engage directly with potential customers over the phone effectively communicating the benefits of our coding programs addressing questions and converting leads into successful enrolments.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills a passion for education and technology and the ability to build trust with parents and guardians. Your role is key in helping families make informed decisions that positively impact their childrens learning journey.

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers using prepared scripts.
  • Promote and explain our coding courses designed for children aged 6 18 in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs address concerns and recommend appropriate course offerings.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries through calls and chat platforms.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate by closing sales and achieving set quotas.
  • Update and manage customer information in CRM systems accurately.
  • Process course enrolments efficiently and handle customer transactions.
  • Redirect qualified prospects to field sales agents when necessary.
  • Handle complaints or objections in a professional and positive manner to maintain the company s reputation.
  • Document call notes outcomes and customer feedback for future reference and analysis.
  • Participate in team meetings training and performance reviews to ensure continued improvement and success.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in a sales-related role
  • Ability to communicate clearly confidently and persuasively over the phone.
  • Active listening to understand client needs and respond effectively.
  • A Gulf accent is preferred to better connect with regional customers.
  • Strong command of English (verbal and written).
  • Confident in presenting and promoting products.
  • Skilled at overcoming objections and negotiating deals.
  • Efficient in handling high volumes of calls follow-ups and CRM tasks.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Quick and clear responses to chat inquiries in a professional tone.
  • Strong grammar and spelling skills for written correspondence.
  • Works well in a collaborative environment sharing knowledge and supporting team goals.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems spreadsheets and digital communication tools.
