Summary:
We’re looking for a digitally fluent creative and analytics-driven Social Media Manager to lead and evolve a brand’s presence across key platforms. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with CPG or food brand experience who thrives at the intersection of culture trends and storytelling. You’ll take ownership of strategy and execution across all social touchpoints—engaging audiences amplifying campaigns and strengthening community loyalty.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage day-to-day execution of social strategy across Instagram TikTok Facebook Pinterest YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
• Build and manage a strategic content calendar to optimize platform-specific performance
• Act as community manager—driving engagement and escalating feedback where needed
• Lead and evaluate influencer partnerships including contracts content and performance
• Collaborate with content creators agency partners and internal teams on high-impact deliverables
• Monitor platform trends and analytics refining strategy and reporting key insights
Experience You’ll Need:
• 3 years of hands-on experience managing social for a CPG or food brand
• Strong proficiency with analytics/reporting tools and social listening platforms
• Background in influencer campaign management and paid/organic strategy
• Experience with creative briefing copywriting and community engagement
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
• Photography/videography experience a plus
