- Full Rehab Unit (PT/OT/ST)

- Neuropsychology support

Trauma Level: II
EMR: Cerner
Temporary Privileges Available: Yes
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active WI License or IMLC
BC/BE
BLS ATLS ACLS
