Job Description

As a Service Desk employee you will be part of a group of 5 people. Your main task will be the management of on- and offboarding with special responsibility for SAP permissions. You work with an IT team which consists of 8 employees and is an important part of ensuring that the right people have the right permissions at the right time. The role also means that you are part of our team at Group IT and work to provide service and support to our users.

Tasks:

  • Onboarding and offboarding management
  • Administration of SAP permissions (roles and accesses)
  • Support and service to users within Sorunda IT and the Group
  • Documentation and follow-up of cases


Requirements

Must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support work
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Entra ID
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English both in speech and writing

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SAP especially around roles and permissions
  • Experience of working in larger organizations in change

Individual qualities:

  • Ability to handle stress and many requests at the same time
  • Communicative
  • Self-propelled
  • Solution-oriented
