We are looking for a smart organized and technically sound individual to join our team as an IT Coordinator / IT Support Executive. This position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between employees and the IT department handling system allocation troubleshooting technical issues and keeping records of IT assets.
This is an on-site position at our head office in Central Delhi.
IT Asset Management:
Track and manage company hardware and software inventory.
Maintain logs for system and SIM card allocations.
Ensure proper usage and upkeep of IT resources.
Employee Support:
Assist employees with day-to-day IT issues.
Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware/software/network issues.
Escalate unresolved technical issues to the IT team.
Coordination:
Act as a bridge between employees and the IT department.
Ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of IT issues.
Maintain follow-up records of open support requests.
Documentation:
Maintain updated documentation for IT inventory and asset distribution.
Keep system access logs and user credentials confidential and organized.
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with third-party vendors for IT-related purchases or services.
Assist in obtaining quotations approvals and delivery follow-ups.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking
Familiarity with Windows OS and troubleshooting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good documentation and record-keeping ability
Coordination and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zoho Desk Jira Freshdesk etc.) is a plus
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
MS Office Suite
Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Gmail)
Zoho Desk or similar ticketing software
AnyDesk TeamViewer or remote support tools
Excel (for logs tracking and documentation)
