Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities in line with KPIs including but not limited to:

Community management: daily spam check across all the channels and other commenting systems. Approve comments when necessary and provide a quick response/monitoring of comments following the standard guidelines.
Monitor trends and happenings across channels using social media tools and ensure time-to-market for content distribution is efficient.
Regularly hit ambitious posting and engagement targets across channels and drive rapid growth in the following and engagement of accounts.
Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces engaging in dialogue and answering questions where appropriate.
Demonstrate the ability to map out marketing strategies and then drive those strategies proven by testing and metrics.
Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns; analyze review and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Monitor trends in social media tools applications channels design and strategy and make innovative suggestions and recommendations
Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the business and report notable threats to Management.
Collaborate with other teams: (editorial Video and Sales) to achieve company-wide goals.
Support the Head of Social Media to propose actively and help implement new and innovative strategies in order to meet and exceed the companys overall revenue and profit targets.
Stay keyed into trends and the competitive landscape to ensure that Pulse as a media brand is always ahead of the curve.
Abide by the core principles of journalism the code of ethics for Ghanaian journalists as well as worldwide journalistic ethics and standards.
