Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Lead all aspects of Care Professional recruitment from innovative campaigns to community engagement events.
- Develop strong local networks and build our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensure full compliance with franchise and regulatory standards.
- Drive proactive sourcing digital recruitment strategies and applicant tracking.
Training & Development
- Lead the delivery of outstanding training programmes.
- Oversee training needs analysis and development plans.
- Ensure training compliance and maximise the use of our learning management system.
- Stay ahead of legislative changes and training trends.
Retention & Engagement
- Create a structured supportive journey for every Care Professional especially during their first 12 weeks.
- Monitor team wellbeing manage appraisals and supervisions and champion reward and recognition initiatives.
- Lead on feedback collection (e.g. PEAQ) and develop responsive action plans.
- Own employee file compliance and HR performance data tracking.
Qualifications :

- Proven background in end-to-end recruitment training delivery and employee engagement.
