Job Description
As a Care Professional youll provide tailored unhurried support that makes a real difference. Your daily visits could include:
Companionship chatting sharing stories reducing loneliness
Personal care supporting with washing dressing and hygiene
Medication assistance prompting or helping with prescribed medication
Meal preparation helping clients enjoy healthy meals
Light housekeeping tidying laundry and keeping homes safe
Mobility support helping with walking gentle exercise or movement
Errands and outings driving to appointments shopping or social events
All visits are a minimum of one hour so theres time to build trust and deliver care that feels personal and meaningful.
