This book of business will be comprised of Toronto Raptors Member accounts. You will be accountable for servicing & renewing a Raptors Member book of business to achieve league leading retention rates and service. As part of the team you will also be responsible for supporting the achievement of our annual department objectives. The successful candidate should have an innovative mindset that is able to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
