Job Description
What you will do
- Design develop test and deploy software solutions that meet business requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
- Write clean efficient and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Ensure the solutions are scalable secure and performant.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
- Participate in sprint planning daily standups and other agile ceremonies.
- Stay current with the latest trends in software development and emerging technologies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for your work and the overall system.
Qualifications :
- 3-7 years of experience working with ServiceNow including hands-on development customization and integration experience.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other tools using RESTful APIs SOAP Web Services and mid-server configurations.
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow Developer Studio Studio IDE and source control tools.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSMHRSD other ServiceNow applications.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow security and access controls including user roles ACLs and group management.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and guidelines for system configuration and implementation.
- Solid knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and web development frameworks like angular/React.
- Familiarity with custom widget development in the service portal.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholder.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and solve complex business problems.
