Job Description

Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level Were seeking a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our culinary staff youll play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

  • Prepare cook and present high-quality dishes according to menu specifications and restaurant standards
  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen ensuring smooth operations and timely food delivery
  • Collaborate with the sous chef and other team members to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
  • Assist in menu planning and development contributing creative ideas for new dishes
  • Ensure proper food storage handling and rotation to maintain freshness and minimize waste
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere
  • Participate in inventory management and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Continuously improve culinary skills and stay updated on industry trends and techniques

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role
  • Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution
  • Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
  • Excellent understanding of food safety sanitation and hygiene standards
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Outstanding teamwork and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in mentoring junior staff
  • Creativity and passion for developing innovative menu items
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Valid food handling certification


Additional Information :

Informs employees and supervisor about important events and news within the hotel operation.

Establishes monthly reports according to requirements.

Is familiar with all relevant company documentation and relevant OSMs for his/her field of responsibil-ity.
