About the position
Are you passionate about cars and take pride in making them look and feel their best HoneyCar Winchester is looking for a General Reconditioning Technician to join our fast-paced customer-focused team.
At HoneyCar we believe buying a car should be sweet simple and stress-free and that starts with delivering a top-quality product. As a Reconditioning Technician youll play a key role in preparing vehicles to meet our high standards for appearance and vehicles ensure the customer experiencesThe Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car. HoneyCars simple process transparent market pricing desirable inventory and daily onsite training will ensure a successful outcome for the Used car technician and the customer!
What Youll Do:
Perform general reconditioning tasks including detailing light mechanical work and cosmetic repairs
Conduct thorough inspections and communicate findings to the service/recon team
Ensure vehicles are lot-ready in a timely and professional manner
Assist with bodywork buffing light interior/exterior repairs as needed
Maintain cleanliness organization and safety of the recon shop area
What Were Looking For:
Prior experience automotive reconditioning preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
