American Home Design is hiring full-time Outside Sales Representatives for our Nashville team. We are looking for experienced sales professionals who want a great career and an unlimited financial opportunity while maintaining a nice work-life balance.

Our Outside Sales Representatives go on preset and pre-qualified appointments in the local Middle TN area. We provide a professional in-home presentation via an iPad that is persuasive enough for a same-day home improvement purchase decision. Backed by Tennessees #1 Home Improvement company with unmatched products and warranties our representatives are well-trained and set-up for immediate success. We offer a lucrative commission structure with a bi-weekly draw. Our top Outside Sales Reps make $100000-$200000 a year!
Outside Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver a professional presentation to homeowners following a well-trained sales system on an iPad
- Complete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home Design
- Sell at least 30% of the leads issued to you
- Run approximately 8-10 leads a week
- Provide excellent customer service before and after installation

Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Ability to build instant rapport with customers

- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to carry sales samples/equipment
