Customer Solutions Architect Cloud Infrastructure (Remote)

About Humanitec
Humanitec is leading the platform engineering movement helping enterprises build Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) that enable developer autonomy and accelerate innovation. Through initiatives like and PlatformCon were driving global adoption of IDPsand rapidly growing to meet demand.
The Role
As a Customer Solutions Architect Cloud Infrastructure youll guide organizations transitioning from traditional DevOps to modern platform engineering. Youll work hands-on with cloud-native technologies to design build and optimize IDPs using Humanitecs Platform Orchestrator and other leading tools.
This is a remote-first role with a global remit focused on supporting customers across Europe Asia and Oceania.
What Youll Do
Partner with customers to assess their platform and infrastructure needs
Design and implement scalable Kubernetes-based IDPs using Humanitec
Troubleshoot and optimize multi-cloud environments (AWS GCP Azure)
Work with IaC tools like Terraform OpenTofu and Pulumi
Deliver expert guidance best practices and technical enablement
Lead technical discussions and present solution architectures
Collaborate with product and engineering to improve our offerings
Represent Humanitec at industry events and community meetups
What Were Looking For
3 years in Platform DevOps SRE or Infrastructure engineering
Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS GCP or Azure)
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployment and debugging
Proficiency in IaC (Terraform OpenTofu Pulumi)
Familiarity with cloud-native stacks (CI/CD observability networking security)
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Based in CET 1 timezone; occasional travel
