To do this BILL is building new adjacencies such as Procurement and transforming the users workflow through AI. As a dynamic and experienced Senior Lead Product Manager the team youll have the opportunity to be at the heart of this transformation. As a Senior Lead Product Manager you will:
- Drive Strategy and Execution: Lead the strategy development and execution of our Accounts Payable product ensuring alignment with our overarching product vision and business goals.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with design engineering marketing and customer success teams to define prioritize and deliver impactful features that meet customer needs.
- Harness the Power of Data: Define and track key performance metrics and success criteria using data to make informed decisions that propel our product forward.
- Create Delightful Experiences: Partner with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences that delight our customers and drive adoption and retention.
- Champion the Customer: Advocate for our customers needs throughout the product development process ensuring we always keep their best interests at heart.
Wed love to chat if you have:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Around 6-8 years of product management experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B products
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach to product management.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization.
- Passion for innovation with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically about product opportunities and challenges.
- Prior experience in the financial technology (FinTech) industry is a plus.
The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
