The Contract Compliance Specialist will assist in the companys efforts to comply with payor contractual requirements. Under the direction of the Director of Contract Administration the Contract Compliance Specialist will work closely with clinical and operational personnel to ensure comprehensive contractual compliance and adequate preparation for payor audits.
Success measures include adherence to payor contractual requirements and Centrias policies and Compliance Program requirements execution of assigned tasks and a positive relationship with payors as demonstrated by continued referrals and an achievement of pass or higher on both internal and external audits.

While performing the duties of this job physical requirements such as bending reaching lifting pushing or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
