As a Full-Time CNA at Fellowship Community in Whitehall youll embark on an exciting journey filled with rewarding responsibilities that uplift our residents! Youll dive right into the heart of care-reviewing nursing and therapy plans to ensure each resident receives tailored assistance. Requirements for this CNA job
To thrive as a Full-Time CNA at Fellowship Community in Whitehall youll need a blend of essential skills and knowledge that make all the difference in residents lives. A high school education or equivalent is required along with current Pennsylvania certification as a nursing assistant. Prior CNA experience is preferred as familiarity with federal state and local skilled nursing regulations can enhance your effectiveness in the role. Strong communication skills are vital enabling you to connect with residents including those who are visually or hearing impaired and understand the specific care needs of geriatric residents particularly in dementia care. Intermediate computer skills are necessary to document care and maintain accurate records.
Additionally being certified in Basic Life Support and demonstrating a commitment to our RISE Core Values will be key to your success. A positive attitude and collaborative spirit will complete your toolkit for making a meaningful impact in our community.
