Pay: $19$21/hour
- 7a3p: $19$21
- 3p11p: $19$21 $2 shift differential
- 11p7a: $19$21 $1 shift differential
Shifts: 8-hour & 12-hour options available Weekend Program positions offered

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with bathing dressing and meals
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate records
- Follow care plans and safety protocols
- Foster respectful relationships with residents and families
Qualifications:
- U.S. High School Diploma or GED required
- Current PA CNA certification
- Prior CNA experience preferred
- Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and dementia care
- Intermediate computer skills
- Basic Life Support certification preferred
- Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
