Job Description
XLA is looking for a Financial System Helpdesk Analyst to join our team.
This is an onsite position in Arlington VA.
General Experience: Requires progressive work experience in financial systems with a strong preference to federal financial systems.
Functional Responsibility:
- Tier 2 Helpdesk analyst for financial systems applications troubleshooting of user issues communicating resolutions
- Provides specialized support/expertise in the areas of Vendor Management Security/user access and/or G-invoicing
- System and regression testing financial management application
- Update user documentation
Minimum Experience/Education/Certification: Education: Must have a Bachelors degree.. Minimum of 8 years of progressive work experience.
